General Details
ZEOLITE

Zeolites are microporous aluminosilicate minerals known for their ability to reversibly hydrate and dehydrate. The ABSOAL range of zeolites are made from minerals specially selected for their high quality.

-Various particle sizes available.

-Use as an additive in animal feed.

-Use in agriculture.

-Use as a catalyst in the chemical industry.

ANIMAL FEED

It is the result of processing natural minerals that are characterised by their high adsorption and cation exchange capability, which make it superior to any existing similar product on the market. We are able to:

  • Reduce the costs of food concentrates
  • Improve feed conversion rates
  • Reduce the toxic effect of high concentrations of ammonia in rumen fluids.
  • Capture ammonia, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and excess water present in excretions.
  • Improve environmental conditions of facilities by deodorising faeces.
  • Promote intestinal absorption of nutrients by causing a decrease in the rate of food transit through the digestive system.
  • Substantially prevent and reduce enteric diseases and aflatoxin content.
  • Prevent caking of starchy foods, as well as the emergence of fungi and other harmful agents.

AGRO

It is a product obtained from natural aluminosilicates which improves the efficiency of chemical and organic fertilisers and the physical and chemical properties of soils.

  • It reduces costs by 10-15% in chemical fertilisers.
  • Natural ecological product that reduces the use of high doses of chemical fertilisers, which contributes to the reduction of environmental pollution.
  • Reduce fertiliser compaction, which enables increased storage time.
  • Increase the effectiveness of nutrients from fertilizers applied to different crops and soils with yield increases.
  • Increase soluble phosphate content of phosphate rocks and make allow them to be assimilated by plants.
  • Reduce nitrate content in fruits and improve soil.
  • Zeolite controls the acidity of the soil and improve its physical and chemical properties. It also prevents loss of ammonium and valuable cations added to the soil by fertilisers, thus permitting an increase in crop yields.

Production of organic fertilisers with our zeolite.
This mineral has the ability to retain gas, water and nutrients, as well as release these elements to be used by plants and improve soils. The application of compost has been linked to a decrease in fertilisation costs per hectare by allowing the decrease of chemical fertiliser use. It is used in composting where:

  • It reduces odours caused by the formation of NH3 and H2S.
  • It reduces ammonia volatilisation losses.
  • From the health standpoint, harmful microorganisms in compost remain within tolerance levels.
